Hello my beautiful crocheters, for today I’ve prepared you a pair of crochet boots for home.
My feet are always cold so I wear my boot even in the summer when I’m at home. I’ve made a few pairs in diffrent color for all my friends. This boots are very beautiful and you’ll look chic even if you are at home.
This crochet boots are very easy to make even if you are a beginner.
If it’s easier for you to learn from a video, I’ve made a youtube tutorial, that you can see below, to show you how it’s done, just hit “play”.
For my boots I used acrylic yarn, but you can use wool or cotton.
You will need:
YarnArt Family 100% acrylic (DK yarn);
4,5 mm hook;
one pair of soles;
Scissors.
Skill level: Easy+
Abbreviation:
ch= chain;
sc= single crochet;
dc= double crochet;
dc3tog= 3 double crochet together;
3dc cluster= 3 double crochet cluster.
Pattern Instructions:
Round 1: make 18 dc on magic loop;
Round 2: make 3 dc cluster and 1 ch in every dc of previous round;
Round 3: *make dc 3tog in space of 1ch of previous round, 2ch*, repeat *-* in every 1ch of previous round;
Round 4: *3dc in first 2ch, 3dc in second 2ch, 5dc in third 2ch*, repeat *-*;
Round 5: sc ( make 2sc in the same loop, in the middle of “5dc”).
Make three hexagons and join them together, this will fit size 37-38 (7-7.5 US). If you need to make them bigger just crochet how many rounds of single crochet you need for your size (repeat round 5).
Soles: on the edge of the soles you have to make one round of sc.
Take the three joined hexagons and join them with the sole. I started from the front of the sole and I made single crochet all around, joining the hexagons with the sole. Watch the Youtube tutorial to understand the technique, it’s very easy.
Do the same with the other one. Now you can enjoy your new and comfy boots.
You can wash it by hand or in a washing machine at 30 degrees.

Thanks Susan, that’s my little business. I have US and UK versions of the website because the shoe sizing is different. The UK one is https://joestoes.co.uk/collections/all-soles-in-uk-sizes
I think these are lovely !😀. I’m in the UK and am not sure on the wool to use. Is your yarn equivalent to our DK (double knitting) or to 4ply? Can’t wait to start ! xx
Thank you, I’m very glad you like it. For this pattern I used Red Heart Detroit (DK, 3 leger) and Yart Art Family (3 leger). Red Heart I think is from Germany and Yarn Art from Turky. I don’t know the DK from UK, but I think they are the same.
where do you get your shoe sloes
I’m from Romania (Europe), I find shoes soles in many local stores.
I found some at this site: https://us.joestoes.co.uk/collections/kits-bits/products/a-pair-of-thick-felt-soles-usa-sizes-adult
I think it will work, I use 4mm thick soles.
